July is National Picnic Month, and with our important social-distancing guidelines, there’s no better way to responsibly see friends and enjoy a beautiful meal outside. Grab the kids, pack your baskets, and have these recipes on hand so you can take your evening to the next level. Pack a bag of Sea Salt Riceworks, some sliced fruit, and a bag of gluten-free marshmallows, and you’re halfway to making this beautiful and surprisingly healthy dessert. Over a campfire, spread a layer of Riceworks on the bottom of a pan, and top with marshmallows. Put the top on and let them melt and broil until they’re softened to your liking. Serve with sliced fruit on top (we chose berries and bananas) and some chopped pecans for extra healthy fats!

Simply slather mayo on a wrap or tortilla and add cherry tomatoes, spinach, and some turkey and ROLL! This is one of the most simple recipes to recreate on the grill, and it’s something that our sweet-tooth lovers will adore. All it takes is a bag of fresh peaches, halved, that you place straight on the grill. While they’re getting perfectly charred, you can whip up your homemade cinnamon whip – we love this recipe from Southern Cooking. Crumble up some Sea Salt Riceworks, and after you spoon a dollop of whip on top of each peach half, you can top it with the crushed Riceworks!

Strawberry salsa is a fresh and fun way to take advantage of all the beautiful produce that is so bountiful in the summer, and it’s super easy to prep and bring with you to the park. Chop a bunch of berries up and whisk together with some olive oil, lemon juice and sea salt, and toss the fruit in your dressing! Drizzle some balsamic reduction if desired and a bit of mint, and serve with a big plate of Sea Salt Riceworks!
